Concerned about the natural environment, La Colline de Daval produces different varieties of fruits in order to guarantee some seasonal products during the all year.
With a complete control of the production, we ensure products of irreproachable quality. Apple, pear, apricot, raspberry and asparagus are all grown at the Colline de Daval.

Depuis plus de 3 ans, la Colline de Daval se dirige vers une production respectueuse de l'environnement. Tous les vins de Sierre sont labellisés Bio Inspecta depuis le millésime 2022.
4 Vins sont certifiés Marque Valais. Un label cantonal qui prône le Bio Parcellaire. En plus d'une analyse du produit, les vins Marque Valais sont soumis à une dégustation à l'aveugle. Vous retrouvez le Fendant de Sierre, la Petite Arvine de Chamoson, le Pinot Noir de Sierre et le Cornalin de Chamoson.

Since 2015, we produce our spirits
with our own distillery. Our assortment includes
some local specialties such as Apricot, William,
Apple, Raspberry, Génépi and distilled wines.

FRUIT JUICE
La Colline de Daval offers some different fruit juices such as apple, grape, pear and apricot.
Two ciders complete the assortment, one Brut which is using the Champagne methods and
the Cider Pink Lady, refreshing and prefect for the summer.
