The Blanc de Pinot Noir Flétri has the most incredible colour, gold and amber. It is an explosion of flavours with some stewed fruit like quince jelly or strawberry jam. The grapes were harvested later than usual in order the obtain more concentration, more sugar, and less water. This liquoreux wine combines perfectly different flavour like the sweetness and the acidity which makes itself exceptional.
