Gamay de Chamoson
With a beautiful dark purple robe, the Gamay reveals an extremely fruity nose with some notes of raspberry, blackberry, and gooseberry. It also has some spicy aromas like pink pepper. On the palate the taste of the Gamay is described as wide, elegant, fruity, well balanced with some light and sophisticated tannins.
Aperitif, white meat (rabbit, porc), poultry terrine, pasta, calves’ liver.
